The provider will arrive onsite and prep the area. They will dig the hole, fill it per the manufactures instructions and set the ground sleeve. They will assemble and prepare your flagpole for installation. After the concrete sets for 48 hours, you will be able to stand the flag pole up in the ground sleeve and attach and raise your flag.
